I’m Silvia, founder of The Mind Bliss Coaching and Women on a Journey. I am a certified coach and a mindfulness and MBSR instructor. I live in Geneva with my family, have three children and love to travel. I enjoy spending time in nature, watching movies and studying whatever interests me.
After 15 years of working in the field of development and international cooperation and after becoming a mother for the third time, during the 4 years I spent in Bangkok, Thailand, I decided to devote my energies to support people who want to rediscover their values and strengths, help them to live consciously in different areas of their lives. I work with people living in different parts of the world.
I design and facilitate trainings, workshops, group and individual coaching and mindfulness sessions. I work with companies, banks, schools, individuals.
I support people to become who they want to be, connect with the most authentic part of themselves, live intentionally and take responsibility for their own well-being.
I’m a coach and a mindfulness instructor.
I have been training for many years at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at dell’Bangor Universityin England, and atOxford University, to teach mindfulness to adults. I am also trained to teach mindfulness curricula to children and teenagers.
I am specialised in practices and programs for stress reduction, well-being, development of emotional intelligence and mindful leadership.
I have been lucky enough to train with some of the best coaches and mindfulness instructors in the world: from Shefali Tsabary to Marshall Goldsmith, Gloria de Gaetano, Sarah Silverton, Saki Santorelli.
