What’s the Coaching?

Coaching is a process that begins when you set the intention to take time and create a space to focus on yourself.

It helps you find your center and thrive in life and work. Through coaching you work on your behaviors, your habits and your mind.

My job as a coach is to support you with my skills in building a mindset and take actions that help you be the best version of yourself, cultivate resilience, creativity, clarity and awareness.

What type of coaching do I offer?

  • Parent Coaching: parenting is the most difficult job some will ever do, and we don’t have to do it alone. Thinking through the challenges you are facing and about the relationship with your kids, gaining new perpectives and ideas, cultivate awareness and presence: this is what parent coaching is about. To be the leader your kids need to flourish: compassionate, grounded, clear.

  • Mindful leadership coaching: to become the leader you would want to follow.
